Omnispect Home Inspection Services now offers ON-LINE scheduling for our customers.

Important

  1. The on-line Scheduling Center offers several available Date options with set Times at 10am & 2pm for our inspections. If you do not find the date or time you are looking for, please call us. We can usually accommodate you.
  2. If you need a same-day or next-day inspection, you will have to call us.
  3. If you are looking for testing without a home inspection, you MUST call our office.

Inspection Satisfaction Guarantee

The following Inspection Satisfaction Guarantee is available to Clients who physically attend the entire Inspection: AT THE END OF THE ON-SITE INSPECTION, IF THE CLIENT IS NOT COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH THE HOME INSPECTION, THE HOME INSPECTION FEE WILL BE WAIVED ON-SITE AND NO HOME INSPECTION REPORT SHALL BE ISSUED TO THE CLIENT. IN ADDITION, OMNISPECT HOME INSPECTIONS AGREES TO PAY THE HOME INSPECTION FEE FOR ANOTHER LICENSED HOME INSPECTOR TO RE-INSPECT THE SAME HOME. This guarantee only applies to the Home Inspection. All other completed Inspections (septic, pest) or Sampling/Testing (radon, water, asbestos, mold) are not covered under this guarantee.
